They have a state-of-the-art Cancer Center and a Level II Trauma Center.

Recognizing Employee Excellence

Friday, May 25th, 2012 by Kelly Harris

Minuteman takes great pride in recognizing the success of each and every one of our outstanding team members.

The most recent recipient of an honorable award and special recognition is Thumbelina Tellez, Self-Parking Cashier at one of our hospitals in Southern California. Thumbelina was presented with the hospital’s “Values in Action” award on Thursday April 26th due to her commitment to excellence and achievement of the medical center’s core values. The values include Dignity, Service, Excellence, and Justice. The “Values in Action” award is an extremely prestigious honor which is not usually awarded to contracted employees. Minuteman is very proud of Thumbelina for her efforts as she continues to make a positive first and last impression on both the medical center and Minuteman Parking.

From all of us at Minuteman, we want to extend a warm thank you and appreciation to Thumbelina and everyone else exemplifying our company values every day. Keep up the good work!
