The Regatta has decided to join Minuteman’s ever-growing list of luxury high-rise condo clients. This 20-story tower boasts over 200 high-end condominium units with beautiful ocean, city, and mountain views. Located on the Santa Monica Bay, residents enjoy an exuberant lifestyle with amenities that include an Olympic-sized heated pool, landscaped sun decks, a full-sized health and fitness center, and a business/conference center.

Minuteman will be providing valet services for Regatta residents 7 days a week. This is the fourth Minuteman property in the Marina del Rey area, and we are excited to continue this growth.
